Conviare’s commercially designated, Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) and residential, Canadian Residential Appraisers (CRA) are members in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), and have successfully completed their AACI and CRA designations through the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia’s (UBC) Real Estate Division. When providing professional services, Conviare complies with AIC By-laws, AIC Consolidated Regulations, and AIC Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP).

Simon Kwan
CRA, P. App, CRP
Simon Kwan is the principal at Conviare Consultants and Appraisers and holds a CRA Appraiser designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), a position he has dutifully upheld since 2005. Alongside his duties as principal, he is actively working towards completing his commercial AACI designation. His engagement with the AIC extends beyond his professional qualifications as he also acts as a mentor within their mentorship program, providing guidance to upcoming candidates. Committed to staying updated with the latest real estate trends, Simon continually participates in seminars and courses related to real estate and appraisal matters.
Away from the office, Simon enjoys spending time actively cycling, Kyokushin Karate, kayaking and the culinary arts.
